Is the United Nations building owned by us or by all countrys?|||It was built for the permanent missions to the United Nations and is owned by itself. It is soveriegn soil and requires security and permission to enter the premises. It is like entering another nation when your visit the UN HQ in New York city.


Funding for the building was provided by the organization itself.|||I think is owned by member countries, as it's name calls United Nations, meaning uniting nations. It should work something like an organisation in which members pay for a membership fees yearly and receive some kind of benefits, in this case, probably military protection or other economic benefits.





The money used for building the construction should be from the fees of the members.|||the UN is owned by the US, embassies are owned by the country|||Us.
