Will all the muslim nations join in the war against Israel? Should O'bama say something?

With obama coming into office, might the muslim countries think it's a good time for them to just all attack Israel at once? Obama has muslim roots, his administration will be disorganized, so might it be a good time for the muslim countries to attack? If obama doesn't want that to happen, should he say something now?|||you might want to read about the 6 day war, israel is stronger and wiser than the muslim's!|||no they wont, obama has the same people in place that are of the same mind as bush's cabinet.why do you think he kept gates?|||The only muslim countries that would actually attack Israel are Iran and Syria. Even with its forces in Gaza, Israel has the military technology to rip them a new one.|||what's he going to say now? uh, please stop, i got elected but I can't do a damn thing now because I"m not the president yet.|||He's not the president yet. He needs to keep his mouth shut, just like all former presidents should keep their mouths shut.|||Read Ezekiel 38 in the bible.

Eze 38:1 The LORD spoke to me.

Eze 38:2 "Mortal man," he said, "denounce Gog, chief ruler of the nations of Meshech and Tubal in the land of Magog. Denounce him

Eze 38:3 and tell him that I, the Sovereign LORD, am his enemy.

Eze 38:4 I will turn him around, put hooks in his jaws, and drag him and all his troops away. His army, with its horses and uniformed riders, is enormous, and every soldier carries a shield and is armed with a sword.

Eze 38:5 Troops from Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya are with him, and all have shields and helmets.

Eze 38:6 All the fighting men of the lands of Gomer and Beth Togarmah in the north are with him, and so are men from many other nations.

Eze 38:7 Tell him to get ready and have all his troops ready at his command.

Eze 38:8 After many years I will order him to invade a country where the people were brought back together from many nations and have lived without fear of war. He will invade the mountains of Israel, which were desolate and deserted so long, but where all the people now live in safety.

Eze 38:9 He and his army and the many nations with him will attack like a storm and cover the land like a cloud."

Eze 38:10 This is what the Sovereign LORD says to Gog: "When that time comes, you will start thinking up an evil plan.

Eze 38:11 You will decide to invade a helpless country where the people live in peace and security in unwalled towns that have no defenses.

Eze 38:12 You will plunder and loot the people who live in cities that were once in ruins. They have been gathered from the nations, and now they have livestock and property and live at the crossroads of the world.

Eze 38:13 The people of Sheba and Dedan and the merchants from the towns of Spain will ask you, 'Have you assembled your army and attacked in order to loot and plunder? Do you intend to get silver and gold, livestock and property, and march off with all those spoils?' "

Eze 38:14 So the Sovereign LORD sent me to tell Gog what he was saying to him: "Now while my people Israel live in security, you will set out

Eze 38:15 to come from your place in the far north, leading a large, powerful army of soldiers from many nations, all of them on horseback.

Eze 38:16 You will attack my people Israel like a storm moving across the land. When the time comes, I will send you to invade my land in order to show the nations who I am, to show my holiness by what I do through you.

Eze 38:17 You are the one I was talking about long ago, when I announced through my servants, the prophets of Israel, that in days to come I would bring someone to attack Israel." The Sovereign LORD has spoken.

Eze 38:18 The Sovereign LORD says, "On the day when Gog invades Israel, I will become furious.

Eze 38:19 I declare in the heat of my anger that on that day there will be a severe earthquake in the land of Israel.

Eze 38:20 Every fish and bird, every animal large and small, and every human being on the face of the earth will tremble for fear of me. Mountains will fall, cliffs will crumble, and every wall will collapse.

Eze 38:21 I will terrify Gog with all sorts of calamities. I, the Sovereign LORD, have spoken. His men will turn their swords against one another.

Eze 38:22 I will punish him with disease and bloodshed. Torrents of rain and hail, together with fire and sulfur, will pour down on him and his army and on the many nations that are on his side.

Eze 38:23 In this way I will show all the nations that I am great and that I am holy. They will know then that I am the LORD."|||your question is massively flawed... firstly, most muslim countries aren't interested in an attack on israel - only Iran and Syria. As an iranian with inside information i can assure you Iran won't attack israel as israel is an ally of america an iran doesn't have the millitary capabilities to fight in a war of any kind. there isn't a war against israel atm, it's just israel bombing the Gaza strip.

lmao @ your spelling of "O'bama" hahahah

he's not Irish!|||No, they won't Most Muslim nations are Arab nations. Palestinians are not Arabs. Iran is a Muslim nation. Iranians are not Arabs. They are Persians and their sect of Islam is Shia Islam, not Sunni. The Saudis, though Arab, are not Sunni. They are Wahabi sect. Pakistan, Afghanistan, Indonesia and the former Soviet Central Asian Republics are mostly Muslims. But, they are not Arabs either. In Sindh Province of Pakistan you have the Suffi who would rather dance than engage in warfare.

Only the U.S.-based media puts all Muslims into a religious "blender", puts it on "puree" setting and comes out with some homogenous product.

President-elect Obama had a biological father who was a Muslim. A man he has little memory of. His stepfather, from Indonesia, was Muslim. But, that does not make Obama a Muslim, anymore than my parents being Evangelical Lutherans makes me a Protestant.

One last point. Two of those Muslim nations, one from the Magreeb and one from the Arabian Peninsula, had signed peace treaties with Israel years ago (Egypt and Jordan) and neither has shown any inclination to take military action against Israel. Egypt has kept the Raffa Crossing into Gaza shut as tight as a crab's bottom because they don't want a wave of Palestinians flowing into Sinai and they sure don't want to be put in a position where they might be forced to re-annex Gaza,|||The answer is No. The Israel/Palestine conflict is mostly a religious conflict. While most middle eastern countries are sympathetic towards palestine because they feel that palestinians are being treated unfairly and because they believe that Israel stole the land to begin with, they are more concerned with having a profitable oil market.

However, the economic relationship with the U.S. only helps the middle eastern upper class that are actually profiting off it. Meaning that the lower and middle class are more likely to favor getting envolved in a war with Israel. Should the conflict worsen the sympathies of the middle and lower class could cause a groundswell of support that would force the ruling class into action. This would even come quicker the more the U.S. and Israel are procieved to be in some way responsible.

That is why Obama should simply stay calm and encourage peace between the conflicting sides. If he does this the most likely result of the current situation will be a short war followed by a time where the two sides have peace while they reorganize. Which has been the status quo for the last 60 years. It's not great, but its better then WWIII in the middle east.
